• Ensure timely handover of BOM & Design to Production.
• Ensure timely design updation after receiving feedback from I&C and Production
• Ensure new development work (Software and Conversion of 2D to 3D)
• Coordination & support to Sr. Design Engineer for working on technical Queries.
• Establish initiatives on

  standardization

  of

  Design, BOM, layout & techsheet

• Shop Floor visit and verify the actual prod. as per design and feedback.
• Ensure working as per SOP, Systems & Processes.
• Quality, Cost & Delivery - Continuous improvements
• Data Management & MIS Ensure Design Data Safe keeping, maintain privacy and provide requisite reports along with inputs for management review processes.
• Ensure continuous improvement in Design standards, Procedures & up gradation for better productivity and efficiency. Strong focus on quality, cost, delivery & customer satisfaction.
• Self-Development- To take active participation in learning & upgrading in softwares like
