Job Responsibilities:

• - Developed comprehensive 3D models and 2D layouts for Bulk Handling Systems (BHS), Conveyor, and Material Handling Systems, ensuring precision in design and engineering.
• - Created detailed system layouts, general arrangement (

  GA) drawings,

  installation, and interface drawings, guaranteeing accuracy in project execution.
• - Managed

  Bill of Materials (BOM),

  Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and engineering calculations, including throughput analysis for project viability.
• - Prepared fabrication and installation drawings to facilitate efficient manufacturing processes.
• - Collaborated with Project, R&D, and Production Teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment across departments.
• - Oversaw documentation, submittals, and revision processes for timely approvals and compliance.
• - Reviewed and addressed Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to assess project feasibility and technical requirements.
• - Engaged with clients and vendors during tenders, conducted site visits, and facilitated technical discussions to strengthen partnerships.
• - Developed strategic business proposals and managed RFQs for procurement processes to ensure competitive advantage.
• - Delivered on-site support by resolving issues and optimizing designs based on practical insights.
• - Leveraged sheet metal expertise to enhance feasibility and efficiency in design applications.
• - Ensured on-time project delivery and optimized system performance, contributing to overall project success.
• Must have strong experience in

  AutoCAD and Solidworks.
