Job Title: Mechanical Billing Engineer

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Billing Engineer to join our team at Panipat. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and managing mechanical work bills, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring accuracy in project billing as per company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and verification of RA bills, subcontractor bills, and client bills.
• Measurement of executed works at site and preparation of Measurement Sheets.
• Verification of work quantities with drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
• Coordination with site execution teams and consultants for billing-related matters.
• Maintaining proper documentation of bills, measurement records, and supporting documents.
• Preparing reconciliation statements of material and quantities.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual and project requirements.

Key Requirements:

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in mechanical billing in construction/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, contract conditions, and project billing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and AutoCAD (preferred).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with site and project management teams.
