Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Mechanic + Driver to join our growing team in São Tomé. The candidate will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of a diverse fleet including JCBs, trucks, and commercial vehicles. In addition, the person will assist with driving duties when needed. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is technically proficient, dependable, and adaptable. Mechanic + Driver – Marine Port Operations| Real Estate Projects (West Africa) Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-term The development sites include construction of a Port, Dry Dock, and a Real Estate in West Coast Africa. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Mechanic + Driver holding experience servicing and operating cranes, JCB and likewise equipment or heavy transportation. Practical problem-solving and attention to detail are also must-have skills for you, so that you can adapt to different situations. Key Roles Fixing, maintaining and servicing the machineries, vehicles used at construction and port sites Conducting equipment inspections and upkeep of equipment Following safety protocols Keeping maintenance logs Job Responsibilities Perform mechanical repairs and routine maintenance on JCBs, commercial vehicles, and trucks. Diagnose breakdowns, coordinate emergency fixes, and implement preventive care. Maintain service records, report mechanical issues, and ensure operational readiness. Assist in driving duties as required for logistics, site operations, or emergency movements. Follow all safety protocols, especially in high-risk construction or port environments.
