Job Summary:

The Measurement Executive will be responsible for taking accurate measurements of housing and office spaces, ensuring precision in calculations, and assisting with design-related queries. This role requires a strong understanding of AutoCAD, 3D designs, and spatial measurements. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, quick in problem-solving, and prompt in addressing queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Measurement & Calculation

• Take and verify accurate measurements for residential and commercial spaces.
• Perform area calculations (SFT & RFT) for projects.
• Ensure all measurements align with design and project requirements.

Design & Technical Understanding

• Interpret and work with AutoCAD drawings and 3D designs.
• Assist the design team in incorporating accurate measurements into project plans.
• Coordinate with architects and designers for measurement-related clarifications.

Query Resolution & Coordination

• Respond promptly to measurement-related queries from clients and internal teams.
• Work efficiently with the sales, design, and execution teams to ensure seamless project flow.
• Provide quick solutions to any discrepancies in measurements or calculations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: 1-3 years in measurement, estimation, or technical coordination.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design tools.
• Strong mathematical and calculation skills.
• Knowledge of housing and office space measurements

Soft Skills:

• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills for clear coordination.
• Quick problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Open to site visits Pan India

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience in BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
• Knowledge of construction and design standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹33,000.00 per month

• Day shift
