MDM Support Engineer / MDM Administrator

Role Overview: As an experienced MDM Support Engineer at Galaxy Office Automation Pvt. Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot mobile and endpoint devices utilizing ScaleFusion or similar MDM platforms. You will play a crucial role in ensuring device compliance, policy enforcement, and providing end-user support across Android, iOS, and Windows environments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and administer ScaleFusion MDM (preferred) or other MDM platforms such as Intune, AirWatch, or MobileIron. - Enroll, configure, and monitor devices to ensure compliance and security standards. - Create and deploy policies, restrictions, and applications to enhance device management. - Troubleshoot devices and resolve policy enforcement issues efficiently. - Generate compliance and activity reports for management review. - Collaborate with IT and InfoSec teams to align with corporate policies effectively. - Maintain thorough documentation for configurations, SOPs, and incident records for future reference. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in ScaleFusion MDM administration. - Familiarity with Android Enterprise and Apple DEP/VPP. - Basic knowledge of Active Directory/Azure AD. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Certifications: - ScaleFusion Certified Administrator (if available). - Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate. - VMware Workspace ONE or MobileIron certification (optional).,
