MDM LEAD

Position :: Mdm Lead Full Time We are seeking an experienced Reltio Lead to architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in Reltio MDM , responsible for managing the full lifecycle of MDM implementations, from architecture to deployment. You’ll play a key role in aligning data management strategies with business goals, ensuring data quality, integration, and governance across systems, while supporting scalable and secure solutions for analytics and AI-driven initiatives. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise data management with at least 5 years focused on Reltio MDM . Strong hands-on expertise in Reltio console, Integration Hub, API usage, and configuration of match rules and ROCS utilities. Proven experience in Clinical or Healthcare Provider/Organization (HCP/HCO) MDM domains. Proficiency in Java programming and creating custom Reltio JARs. Experience designing and executing data cleansing, transformation logic, and migration plans. Ability to prepare and present technical documentation to technical and non-technical audiences.
