Job Description

Role: Technical Project Manager +Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end MDM project delivery in the pharmaceutical domain, including planning, execution, and monitoring, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.
Coordinate cross-functional teamsincluding data engineers, analysts, developers, and vendors—to implement MDM initiatives that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, and data analytics platforms.
Oversee technical solution delivery, ensuring robust architecture, design, data quality, and successful data migration while proactively managing risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Provide strategic technical guidance to identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks, ensuring scalable and maintainable MDM solutions.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives to drive transparency, continuous improvement, and team accountability.
Act as a strong communication bridge between Scrum teams and stakeholders—translating business needs into actionable items, managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
Proactively identify and remove impediments, including those requiring collaboration with external or cross-domain teams, by fostering a culture of ownership and urgency.
Drive effective cross-team collaboration, pushing dependent teams to resolve blockers, and ensuring smooth coordination across workstreams.
Promote open, transparent, and timely communication, encouraging frequent updates, constructive feedback, and shared understanding among all stakeholders to minimize ambiguity and ensure delivery success.

Skills Preferred:

5+ years of experience in project management in the Master Data Management (MDM) space.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and other relevant pharma regulations).
Strong technical background in MDM solutions, tools, and data management processes (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDG, Oracle MDM, Reltio, etc.).
Experience in data integration, data governance, data quality management, and system architecture.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams, balancing technical and business priorities.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for managing projects.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent
SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or other Agile-related certifications are a plus
