What You should Bring:u00A0

• Monitor and maintain Reltio MDM platform health, job execution, performance, and SLAs.u00A0

• Manage and triage incidents including job failures, data quality issues, sync delays, and access requests.u00A0

• Resolve tickets based on defined SLAs, ensuring timely closure and stakeholder updates.u00A0

• Communicate operational issues and resolutions with business and IT stakeholders.u00A0

• Coordinate and execute platform upgrades, patching, and system lifecycle activities.u00A0

• Implement AI-augmented automation to proactively detect anomalies, reduce manual effort, and accelerate incident resolution.u00A0

• Create scripts and workflows to automate operational processes and data validations.u00A0

• Support configuration changes, job scheduling, reference data updates, and access control.u00A0

• Partner with data governance and engineering teams to maintain data quality and integrity.u00A0

• Maintain documentation on operations processes, workflows, ticket handling SOPs, and knowledge articles.u00A0

Basic Qualifications and Experience Requirement:u00A0u00A0

• 5u20138 years of experience in data management or data engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing Reltio MDM solutions.u00A0

• Proficiency in configuring Reltio data models, entities, relationships, attributes, and reference data sets.u00A0

• Strong knowledge of match/merge rules, survivorship logic, crosswalks, and data quality configurations within Reltio.u00A0

• Experience integrating Reltio with external systems using REST APIs, Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), or ETL tools.u00A0

• Familiarity with JSON-based configuration files, Reltio Console, and data load utilities.u00A0

• Understanding of data governance and stewardship workflows within the Reltio platform.u00A0

• Experience working in cloud environments (preferably AWS) with familiarity in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.u00A0

• Ability to work in an Agile development environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.u00A0

• Experience in managing Reference Data Management (RDM), User Management, UI Config, handling LCA and Workflowu00A0

Additional Skills/Preferences:u00A0

• Domain experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical( Customer Master, Product Master, Alignment Master, Activity, Consent etc.u00A0 ), or regulated industries is a plus.u00A0

• Partner with and influence vendor resources on solution development to ensure understanding of data and technical direction for solutionsu202Fas well as deliveryu00A0

• Experience working with Reltio Integration Hubu00A0

• Reltio Certified Developer or Reltio Platform Certificationu00A0
