Your responsibilities will also include experience in data migration, data cleansing, and integrating PDH with other Oracle Cloud/Fusion or EBS modules such as SCM, Procurement, and Manufacturing. You should be able to define and implement data governance rules, attributes, and templates for product data. Additionally, skills in BOM (Bill of Materials), Change Order Management, and Product Lifecycle processes are required. Knowledge of Web Services, REST APIs, and FBDI templates for PDH data upload and integrations will be beneficial. You will collaborate with business users to gather requirements, map business processes, and configure PDH solutions accordingly. Conducting user training, documentation, and providing UAT support for PDH modules are also part of the role. You will be expected to provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Oracle Support for SR resolution. You are a proactive and experienced Salesforce operations professional who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. With a strong technical foundation and a passion for process improvement, you enjoy working with cross-functional teams to simplify, scale, and automate CRM workflows that drive measurable business impact. Lead the day-to-day operations, administration, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform from a business outlook. Partner with Sales Ops, Marketing, and IT to implement scalable processes and automation across the CRM ecosystem. Own data hygiene, deduplication, enrichment processes, and help maintain a high level of CRM data quality. Manage user roles, permissions, profiles, and license usage in line with compliance and security standards.
