Informatica MDM

As an Informatica MDM Developer/Lead at Cognizant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Informatica MDM solutions to support enterprise data management strategies. Your key responsibilities will include configuring and customizing MDM Hub, Match & Merge, Hierarchy Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality features. You will also develop cleansing, standardization, de-duplication, and enrichment rules for master data. Working on tools like Informatica Data Director (IDD), Service Integration Framework (SIF), and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) will be part of your daily tasks. Collaboration with business stakeholders, data architects, and engineering teams to define and implement MDM solutions is vital for success in this role. You will optimize performance tuning, data load strategies, batch processes, and ensure the scalability of MDM solutions. Implementing data security, access control policies, and compliance standards for data management will be crucial. Your expertise will be required to troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues and provide production support. Documentation of technical designs, development activities, and best practices is essential. Staying updated with the latest MDM trends and Informatica advancements is also part of the job requirements.
