Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience in QA/C and Semarchy. The ideal candidate will oversee technical projects ensuring quality and efficiency. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams during day shifts.

Responsibilities

Lead technical projects from inception to completion ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Oversee the development and implementation of QA/C processes to enhance product reliability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Semarchy solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation for all technical processes and procedures.
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Implement and monitor automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Analyze and resolve technical issues promptly minimizing downtime and impact on operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance team performance.
Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve project outcomes.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in QA/C demonstrating a deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies.
Have a strong background in Semarchy with proven ability to implement and manage data integration solutions.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
Demonstrate effective communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Show a track record of successful project management with the ability to lead teams and deliver results.
Hold relevant certifications in QA/C and Semarchy showcasing expertise and commitment to professional development.
Display a collaborative mindset with experience working in hybrid environments and coordinating with remote teams.
