MDM Developer

We are seeking a skilled Semarchy MDM Developerto join our data management team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain master data solutions using the Semarchy xDM platform, with an initial focus on product and business partner master datadomains. Over time, your responsibilities will expand to include the development and governance of global reference master data, finance masterand asset master datadomains, supporting our journey toward a unified, governed, and business-driven data landscape

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implementdata models, workflows, match/merge rules, and data quality validations in Semarchy xDM for product and business partner master data.

Customize and configurethe Semarchy platform to align with evolving business processes and requirements.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholdersto gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver robust MDM solutions.

Integrate Semarchy MDMwith source and target systems (ERP, CRM, data warehouses, etc.) using APIs, ETL/ELT tools, and Semarchy xDI.

Develop and maintain data governance processesto ensure data quality, lineage, and compliance across master data domains.

Support and enhancedata stewardship, data quality monitoring, and issue resolution processes.

Participate in the future developmentof global reference master data, finance master dataand asset master data domains, including data modeling, governance, and integration.

Stay currentwith industry trends and best practices in MDM, data governance, and the Semarchy platform.

Provide technical guidanceand knowledge sharing to team members and business users.

Primary Skills (essential)

3+ years of hands-on experience with Semarchy xDM or similar MDM platforms.

Strong understanding of master data management principles, data modeling, data quality, and data governance.

Experience with product and business partner (customer, supplier, etc.) master data.

Familiarity with reference data management, finance master dataand/or asset master datais a plus.

Proficiency in SQL, data integration (ETL/ELT), and API-based integrations.

Experience with data profiling, match/merge rules, survivorship, and stewardship workflows. Survivorship

Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver business value.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Working knowledge of Jira and confluence would be beneficial
