Job Title: MDM Developeru00A0

A MDM Developer is responsible for building and maintaining reliable Master Data Management (MDM) solutions that ensure consistency, accuracy, and governance of core enterprise data. The role involves working with business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams to configure and support MDM platforms like Reltio. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in match/merge rules, data modelling, hierarchy management, and API-based integrations. This role also includes ensuring data quality, enabling stewardship workflows, and supporting the overall data governance strategy. The MDM Developer plays a vital role in enabling a unified view of business-critical data domains such as customer, product, and healthcare provider.u00A0

• Configure and maintain the Reltio MDM platform, including entity data models, attributes, relationships, match/merge rules, and survivorship strategies across key domains such as customer, product, or HCP (healthcare professional).u00A0

• Design and develop Reltio workflows, validations, and data quality rules based on business requirements.u00A0

• Integrate Reltio with source and downstream systems using REST APIs, ETL pipelines, or cloud-native tools.u00A0

• Partner with business analysts and data stewards to implement data stewardship workflows and enable ongoing data governance.u00A0

• Monitor Reltio environments for performance, data quality issues, and enrichment opportunities.u00A0

• Support platform upgrades, configuration changes, and performance tuning activities.u00A0

• Deep hands-on experience with the Reltio platform, including configuration of data models, entities, relationships, survivorship rules, match/merge logic, and workflows.u00A0

• Strong understanding of Reltio-specific features such as crosswalks, reference data sets, data tenant management, and search indexes.u00A0

• Experience integrating Reltio with external systems via REST APIs and working knowledge of Reltio Integration Hub or ETL tools.u00A0

• Familiarity with data governance and stewardship principles in the context of Reltio workflows and UI-based data management.u00A0

• Solid understanding of JSON-based Reltio configurations and best practices.u00A0

• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred) with knowledge of Git, JIRA, and CI/CD processes.u00A0

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business and technical stakeholders.u00A0

Basic Qualifications and Experience Requirement:u00A0u00A0

• 6u20138 years of experience in data management or data engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing Reltio MDM solutions.u00A0

• Proficiency in configuring Reltio data models, entities, relationships, attributes, and reference data sets.u00A0

• Strong knowledge of match/merge rules, survivorship logic, crosswalks, and data quality configurations within Reltio.u00A0

• Experience integrating Reltio with external systems using REST APIs, Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), or ETL tools.u00A0

• Familiarity with JSON-based configuration files, Reltio Console, and data load utilities.u00A0

• Understanding of data governance and stewardship workflows within the Reltio platform.u00A0

• Experience working in cloud environments (preferably AWS) with familiarity in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.u00A0

• Ability to work in an Agile development environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.u00A0

• Experience in managing Reference Data Management (RDM), User Management, UI Config, handling LCA and Workflow.u00A0

Additional Skills/Preferences:u00A0

• Domain experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical( Customer Master, Product Master, Alignment Master, Activity, Consent etc.u00A0 ), or regulated industries is a plus.u00A0
