Job Description

About the job As Chief Taxonomist within the Master Data Management Team at Sanofi, you will lead a team of four experts in developing and maintaining a comprehensive taxonomy of job roles and skills. Your role will be crucial in driving organizational improvement and enhancing employee engagement. By collaborating with stakeholders, you will ensure that the taxonomy aligns with strategic goals and organizational needs. Through research and analysis, you will identify emerging trends and best practices in job roles and skills taxonomy. Your responsibilities will also include developing and refining classification systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, providing guidance to team members, monitoring the effectiveness of the taxonomy, and staying updated on industry trends. About you You should hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Workday Pro HCM Certification is a requirement for this role. Ideally, you should have experience in taxonomy development and management, particularly in a corporate setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, project management abilities, communication skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools are essential. Additionally, you should possess strong interpersonal skills to collaborate within cross-functional teams effectively.
