MDM Catalog Manager

As a Job Catalog Manager at Sanofi within the Master Data Management Team, you will have the opportunity to own and manage the comprehensive catalog of job roles and skills in Workday. Your responsibilities will include developing and refining classification systems to accurately categorize job roles and skills, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. You will also provide support in the implementation and maintenance of the job catalog and monitor its effectiveness, recommending enhancements for future iterations. It will be essential for you to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cataloging methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage the comprehensive catalog of job roles and skills in Workday. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align the job catalog with strategic goals and organizational needs. - Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices. - Develop and refine classification systems for accurate categorization. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with policies and regulations. - Support the implementation and maintenance of the job catalog. - Monitor effectiveness and recommend enhancements. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements. Qualifications Required: - Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. - Experience: 5+ years in a similar position. - Workday Pro HCM Certification required. - Experience in job catalog development and management, preferably in a corporate setting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent project management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
