About the Role:

We are looking for M.Com graduates (2023 & 2024 pass-outs) with a strong academic background in Commerce, and a specialization in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Costing. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in any domain, who are now looking to build a career in Controlling. A solid understanding of accounting concepts and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Educational Backgorund - undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate in Commerce - Financial Reporting and Costing

M.COM - only 2023 and 2024 batch passouts, please apply, Must have atleast 60% in M.Com in first class and in first attempt

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Controlling team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Assist in preparing financial reports, variance analysis, and cost tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data
• Contribute to cost control and optimization initiatives
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting and internal controls
• Work with SAP or similar ERP systems for financial data management (if applicable)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: M.Com (Master of Commerce) Pass-out year 2023 or 2024
• Academic Background: Entire academic history must be in the Commerce stream
• Academic Performance: Minimum 60% aggregate in M.Com
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in any domain
• Location Preference: Candidates currently based in Bangalore
• Skills: Strong understanding of Accounting concepts, Financial Reporting, and Costing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools
• Added Advantage: Experience or familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
