Role Overview:

Industrial, Transport & Logistics (T&L)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end consulting engagements across the Transport & Logistics value chain (freight, warehousing, last-mile delivery, ports, aviation, shipping, rail, etc.).
Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence, supply chain efficiency, and cost optimization.
Drive digital transformation projects including smart logistics, IoT, automation, and advanced analytics.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Manage project teams, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.
Prepare business cases, project roadmaps, and transformation frameworks.
Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with senior client executives.
Support business development by contributing to proposals, RFPs, and thought leadership in Transport & Logistics.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to provide insights.
Mentor consultants and analysts, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
