Job Description: MBBS Doctor – Tele-Consultation & Client Support (Slimming Treatments)

Location: Head Office, Hauz Khas, New Delhi

CTC: Rs.1.00 - Rs.1.50 lakh per month (The CTC will depend on the candidate’s experience and how well they match the role)

Work Days: 6 days/week

Role Type: Full-Time, On-Site

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified MBBS Doctor to work from our Head Office and provide video-based medical guidance to clients seeking slimming and weight-management treatments using injectables. The doctor will assess client needs, provide evidence-based recommendations, ensure safe usage protocols, and act as the medical face of the brand through podcasts and digital content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation & Medical Assessment

1. Conduct video consultations with clients to understand their health status and weight-management goals.

2. Evaluate suitability for injectable slimming treatments based on medical history and safety parameters.

3. Provide clear guidance, counseling, and follow-up recommendations.

2. Nutrition & Lifestyle Guidance

1. Use strong knowledge in nutrition, diet planning, and lifestyle modification to provide customized advice.

2. Judge client requirements and create safe, effective slimming pathways in coordination with the wellness team.

3. Medical Oversight for Slimming Injectable Treatments

1. Ensure proper protocols, contraindications, and safety guidelines are followed.

2. Address side-effect–related queries and escalate concerns when required.

3. Maintain detailed client records and documentation.

4. Digital Content & Podcast Participation

1. Host or participate in podcasts, informational videos, and educational content representing the organization.

2. Simplify medical concepts for public understanding while maintaining scientific accuracy.

5. Internal Collaboration

1. Coordinate with client support, nutritionists, and clinic staff for seamless customer experience.

2. Provide training or updates to the internal team on medical guidelines related to slimming treatments.

Required Qualifications

a) MBBS degree from a recognized institution (mandatory).

b) Valid medical registration.

c) Strong interest and background in nutrition, weight management, and wellness.

d) Excellent communication skills for video consultations & public-facing content.

e) Comfortable recording podcasts and participating in video/audio content.

f) Prior experience in slimming/weight-loss treatments is an advantage but not mandatory.
