Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and driven MBA students or fresh graduates with a passion for technology sales and business development to join our IT Sales B2B team. This role offers a hands-on learning experience in the field of IT products and services sales across the B2B market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential B2B clients for IT services and products
Generate leads through market research, cold calling, and digital outreach
Assist in preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals
Support in managing CRM and sales pipeline
Coordinate with the technical and marketing team for customized client solutions
Follow up with leads and support client onboarding
Represent the company at events, expos, and networking sessions

Skills & Qualifications:

MBA pursuing or completed (Marketing / IT / Business Development specialization preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong interest in B2B sales and the IT industry
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus
Understanding of IT products (software, cloud, SAAS, etc.) is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
