MBA Marketing & Sales – Fresher

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic MBA Marketing & Sales Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for marketing & sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for supporting marketing initiatives and contributing to sales activities to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Generate leads through various marketing and outreach activities
• Support the sales team in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
• Maintain customer relationships and provide post-sales support
• Prepare reports, MIS, and documentation as required
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts
• Good analytical & problem-solving ability
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (added advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
