IT Support Engineer (Fresher)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Engineer (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in IT systems, troubleshooting, and customer support. You will assist in maintaining the company's IT infrastructure and provide technical assistance to employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot system errors and network connectivity problems.
• Assist in managing user accounts, email configurations, and system access.
• Document issues and their resolutions for future reference.
• Ensure timely response and closure of IT support tickets.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, network connectivity, and security tools.
• Coordinate with senior engineers for escalated issues.

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Knowledge of MS Office, antivirus tools, and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware & operating systems
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, routers, switches)
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Certification in IT hardware/networking (CCNA, A+, N+, etc.) is an added advantage.
