About Us:

Shubhchintan Design Possibilities is a reputed interior design firm based in Pune, known for delivering creative, functional, and emotionally connected design solutions. We emphasize trust, professionalism, and timely project completion across residential, commercial, and institutional spaces.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Meet clients and understand their interior design needs and preferences.
• Coordinate between design, execution, and client teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
• Prepare client meeting reports and assist during presentations and discussions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Smart, confident, and professional appearance.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of interior design or construction (preferred).
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license for client visits.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Business Development Apprentices or fresh MBA graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in client coordination, business development, or sales will be an advantage.

Employment Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• Location: Shivajinagar, Pune (On-site role)
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
