Job Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Source candidates through databases, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders post-interview.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Participate in career fairs and networking events as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable, BambooHR, Greenhouse).
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
