Role Overview:

This is an exciting client-facing role for ambitious individuals looking to kickstart their career in commercial real estate. As a Business Development Trainee, you will support our leasing advisory team in identifying business opportunities, engaging with corporate clients, and facilitating commercial property transactions.

You will interact with C-level executives, startup founders, and decision-makers, providing you with rare early-career exposure to senior business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify businesses with office space requirements.
  • Assist in reaching out to CXOs, Founders, and Senior Decision-Makers to understand their real estate needs.
  • Participate in client meetings, property tours, and presentations.
  • Build relationships with landlords, developers, and commercial property owners.
  • Support in preparing proposals, market insights, and transaction documentation.
  • Maintain and update client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on leasing trends, market benchmarks, and competitor activities.

Who Can Apply:

  • Final-year students (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration, Commerce, Real Estate, or Marketing.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence to interact with senior professionals and present solutions clearly.
  • Good business acumen and interest in the real estate industry.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
