You’ll be the face of our EdTech brand Queue One, guiding students with their career decisions and helping them find the right learning pathway. This is a high-growth role where you’ll gain end-to-end exposure to sales, counselling, and customer success in the startup ecosystem.

• You’ve worked in sales / direct customer interaction (EdTech experience is a plus)

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Act as a mentor & guide for prospective learners, offering career advice

• Counsel students on Queue One courses and how they can accelerate career growth

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – calls, product demos, sales closing & post-sales follow-up

• Build and maintain a detailed lead database with continuous feedback to the team

• Drive weekly revenue & enrollment targets

• Establish QueueOne’s effectiveness & uniqueness in the EdTech market

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication & presentation skills (English required, Hindi preferred)

• A sales mindset with empathy, patience, and trustworthiness

• Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects

• A structured approach to sales funnels, tracking, and achieving targets

• Previous sales experience (6+ months, preferably EdTech) is an added advantage
