Job Description

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related).  5+ years of relevant industry experience (Aerospace preferred), with at least 2 years in a leadership role.  Strong technical background in Aerospace product development, systems engineering, or design.  Proficiency in tools such as CATIA, Creo, MATLAB, or domain-specific software.  Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.  Experience working in a global delivery model is a plus.  PMP or equivalent project management certification.  Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies.  Experience in working with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
