Role & responsibilities: : Technical Support and Troubleshooting o Provide expert-level support for CATIA V5 OR NX, with a specialization in surface modeling. Resolve CAD-related issues and ensure compliance with PDM/PLM standards. Guide users in adopting efficient CAD methods and home-grown solutions. Conduct training sessions for end-users on CAD best practices and tools. Create and maintain user-friendly documentation and resources using Confluence. Familiarity with CAD templates, PowerCopys/UDFs, and macro development. Basic understanding of PDM/PLM systems (e.g. SAP PLM, Teamcenter, 3DEXPERIENCE, Windchill) and workflows. Proficiency in Confluence for creating and managing documentation
