Job Description

Technical Responsibilities:

Design and develop control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink/State flow for automotive embedded systems.
Implement and optimize embedded software using C and Embedded C.
Perform Software Unit Design (SUD) and Software Architectural Design (SAD) in compliance with AUTOSAR and ASPICE standards.
Conduct model/code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing (MIL/SIL/HIL).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, systems, and validation engineers.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Guide the team in Agile/Scrum best practices and remove blockers.
Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration.

Roles and Responsibilities

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
7–9 years of experience in automotive embedded software development.
Proficient in MATLAB, Simulink, State flow, and Embedded C programming.
Strong understanding of AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, and ASPICE.
Experience in model-based design, code generation, and testing frameworks.
Advantage; Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) with hands-on experience in Agile project delivery.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
