Company: Alphavedic Skill Development Sargasan Location: Sargasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat Position Type: Full-time/Part-time Job Timing: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday to Saturday About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Alphavedic Skill Development Teacher. This is a dual-role position that requires both a strong educational background in mental math techniques and a proactive, outgoing personality for field marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both teaching and promoting our specialized courses in Alphavedic Vedic Maths and Finger Maths. Key Responsibilities: 1. Teaching & Instruction: Curriculum Delivery: Teach students a range of mathematical techniques, including Vedic Maths, Finger Maths, and other mental math skills, to enhance their calculation speed and logical thinking. (training will be provided) Lesson Planning: Develop engaging and effective lesson plans, worksheets, and activities that are suitable for various age groups and learning levels. Student Assessment: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs. Classroom Management: Create a positive, encouraging, and disciplined learning environment where students can thrive and build confidence. Parent Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress and achievements. 2. Field Marketing & Promotions : Direct Marketing: Go door-to-door in residential areas to explain the benefits of our Alphavedic courses to parents. Community Engagement: Conduct on-site promotions and interactions in common areas like gardens, public parks, community centers, and other schools to identify and engage with potential students. Lead Generation: Generate interest in our courses by effectively communicating their value proposition and addressing parents' questions and concerns. Demo Lectures: Conduct engaging and interactive demo lectures to showcase the effectiveness of the teaching methodologies and convert leads into enrollments. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with community members, school administrators, and parents to build a strong network for future leads. Qualifications & Skills: Interest in teaching (training of vedic maths modules will be provided) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. A confident and persuasive personality, comfortable with public speaking and one-on-one sales conversations. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage both teaching and marketing responsibilities effectively. A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for both education and student development. Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or field marketing/promotions (preferred but not mandatory).
