Who We’re Looking For

• Experience:

  Minimum 3 years teaching Math following Common Core curriculum (Grades 1 – 12)

• Expertise:

  Strong understanding of Common Core Math standards

• Skills:

  Excellent communication and an engaging, student-centered teaching style

• Tools:

  Laptop, Pen Tablet, and reliable high-speed internet

• Availability:

  Flexible daily teaching hours between

  5:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

Pay Structure

• Grades 1 to 8: ₹350 + incentives per session
• Grades 9 to 10: ₹450 + incentives per session
• Advanced Placement (AP) : ₹800 per session

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 live Common Core Math classes for Grades 1–12 and AP
• Assist students with assignments, projects, and exam preparation
• Convert trial/demo classes into paid enrollments
• Track and report student progress regularly

Eligibility & Requirements

• Availability of minimum 24 hours per week, 6 days a week
• Laptop, Pen Tablet, and high-speed internet connection

Training & Onboarding

• Complete Mentor Match’s training program, including:
• Effective demo and paid session delivery
• Using the Learning Management System (LMS) for scheduling and management
• Online teaching best practices
• Student progress tracking and reporting
