Role Overview
We are looking for a committed Mathematics Faculty who will handle classroom teaching,
mentoring, content development, academic counselling, and seminar-based outreach as
standard responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Classroom Teaching
Teach Maths, Quantitative Techniques and Quantitative Aptitude for CLAT, IPMAT
& CUET in online & offline mode.
Deliver clear, structured concept-based sessions to students from diverse academic
backgrounds.
Conduct regular doubt-solving and provide individual support.
2. Student Mentoring
Guide students on preparation strategy, test-taking approach, and time management.
Conduct one-to-one discussions to resolve academic challenges.
Track student progress and share improvement feedback.
3. Content Development
Develop practice sheets, worksheets, test papers, and exam-relevant material.
Update existing content based on exam trends and difficulty levels.
Contribute to mock test design and academic planning.
4. Seminars, Workshops & Outreach Sessions
Take seminars, school sessions, workshops, and orientation programs as part of
academic reach and visibility.
Deliver engaging academic sessions that represent teaching quality.
5. Parent & Student Academic Counselling
Meet parents and students during the admission process to address academic-related
queries.
Explain curriculum structure, teaching methodology, and exam preparation roadmap.
Provide clarity and confidence to families during counselling visits.
6. Academic Operations & Coordination
Create lesson plans and ensure timely curriculum completion.
Coordinate with Academic Head and fellow faculty for smooth academic delivery.
Participate in training programs, internal review meetings, and academic discussions.
7. YouTube Sessions & Digital Teaching Content
Take YouTube sessions/live classes/recorded academic content to support marketing,
branding, and student learning.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong command over Mathematics & Quantitative Aptitude
Excellent classroom communication skills
Confidence in public speaking and academic presentations
Ability to mentor and counsel students effectively
Familiarity with CLAT/IPMAT/CUET patterns preferred
Comfort with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms
Qualification & Experience
Minimum 13 years teaching experience preferred
