JEE Physics/Math Faculty

Job location - Chennai

HRA will be provided to outstation candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Teaching & Mentoring: Deliver lectures, provide doubt-clearing sessions, and mentor students preparing for the JEE (Main and Advanced) MATH/physics section.
• Curriculum & Content Development: Design and deliver comprehensive lecture plans, course materials (notes, tests, assignments), and assessment tools aligned with the JEE syllabus.
• Performance Monitoring & Feedback: Assess student progress, analyze performance, and provide feedback to help students improve and address academic challenges.
• Collaboration: Work with other faculty and the academic team to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Stay Updated: Keep current with changes in JEE exam patterns, syllabus, and question trends, adapting teaching methods accordingly.

Educational qualifications and skills

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Math or a related field (e.g., Engineering) is generally required.
• Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching students for competitive exams like JEE is highly preferred.
• Subject Knowledge: A deep and thorough understanding of the JEE Math /physics syllabus and related concepts is essential.
• Communication Skills: The ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues is crucial.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: A strong aptitude for solving complex problems and guiding students in developing their analytical and critical thinking skills is vital.
• Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with online teaching platforms, digital resources, and other educational technology tools is a plus.
• Other Key Skills: Classroom management, curriculum development, student assessment, time management, and the ability to motivate and inspire students are highly valued.
