1. Develop and maintain material requirements plans to ensure timely availability of materials for production.
2.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and excesses, ensuring optimal stock levels.
3.
Analyze and forecast material demand based on production schedules.
4.
Collaborate with project managers, production managers, and other stakeholders to align production schedules with project requirements
5.
Good Knowledge in SAP MM Module for material planning.
6.
Arrive the monthly, weekly production plan as per the missing parts list availability.
7.
Maintaining material master for parts used in pump.
8.
Arrive 3 months rolling missing parts list based on open order list.
9.
Conduct regular shortage review meetings with respective stake holders.
Good working experience in Production planning,Task oriented and Problem solving approach specially in Pumps., Good communication and interpersonal Skill, team player, Independent role player,
