Job Description

We’re Hiring: Materials & Process Engineer (R&D – PET, Steel & Composite Strapping) We are looking for a Materials & Process Engineer to drive R&D, material innovation, and process optimization for PET, steel, and composite strapping products. What you’ll do Develop and optimize materials for PET extrusion, steel strapping, and composite straps Improve strength, weldability, embossing, and process stability Lead new product development and competitor benchmarking Conduct testing, trials, and failure analysis Work closely with production, tooling, and quality teams What we’re looking for Degree in Materials / Polymer / Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering 5+ years hands-on experience in PET extrusion or polymer processing Exposure to steel strip or composite materials is a plus Strong shop-floor, problem-solving, and data-driven mindset Why join us Work on next-generation strapping technologies Hands-on R&D with real manufacturing impact Opportunity to build core technical expertise
