Master Trainer

You will be joining the Wood Craft Development Program in Golaghat as a Master Trainer on a contract basis. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, creating training materials, evaluating trainees" progress, offering practical instruction, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. In addition, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training requirements and enhance training techniques. To excel in this role, you should have a strong command of wood crafting techniques and tools, along with experience in developing training materials and delivering training sessions. Your ability to assess trainees" progress and skills will be crucial, as well as your effective communication and interpersonal skills. Dedication to safety standards and regulations is essential, and prior experience in a similar position would be advantageous. Possessing relevant certifications or qualifications in wood crafting or vocational training is also preferred.,
