Job Title: Master Trainer

Location: Assam

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 30-hour training sessions for government school and government - aided school teachers per week.
• Take ownership of training initiatives and provide guidance to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.

Skills Required

• Exceptional communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Strong pedagogical knowledge and a deep understanding of learning principles.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently and extensively across Assam.

Languages: English/ Hindi/Regional Language.

Contract Details:

Job Type: Freelance

Duration: Till 31st March, 2026

Remuneration: Rs. 1,500 per hour

Shift: Day Shift

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Work Location: In Person

Note: This position might require the trainer to travel within Assam for various training projects.

Contract length: 6 months
