Master Social Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medical Social Worker (MSW) to support patients, families, and healthcare teams across our clinics. The ideal candidate will assist in patient counseling, care coordination, and community outreach while ensuring emotional and social support to improve patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support and counseling to patients and families
• Assess patient social, emotional, and financial needs
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff for patient care plans
• Assist patients with referrals, follow-ups, and community resources
• Handle patient grievances and support conflict resolution when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports
• Support awareness programs and health camps if required
• Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical practices

Eligibility & Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) – Medical & Psychiatry preferred
• Freshers or candidates with relevant healthcare experience can apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy
• Knowledge of hospital/clinic processes is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Malayalam & English preferred
