Master Data Manager - Architect

As an Assistant Vice President Master Data Management (MDM) at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate, standardized, and high-quality data across regions and business domains. Your responsibilities will include leading regional MDM teams, driving data quality initiatives, and implementing standardized processes for efficiency and governance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor regional MDM teams to deliver high-quality master data (Product, Customer, Vendor). - Drive process harmonization, automation, and efficiency across markets. - Monitor data quality KPIs and ensure SLA compliance. - Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align on data needs and priorities. - Implement data governance best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. - Promote learning, development, and capability building within the team. - Represent MDM in regional/global forums and collaborate on enterprise-wide data strategies. **Requirements:** - 10-16 years of experience in Master Data Management with expertise in Product and Customer domains. - Hands-on experience with SAP MDG, data quality/governance tools like Collibra and Celonis. - Strong understanding of data models, SAP tables, and data dictionaries. - Prior experience as a Data Steward and in leading data management or consulting teams. - Familiarity with cloud MDM integrations such as AWS, Azure, Salesforce, Snowflake. - Exposure to Agile/DevOps practices and regulatory compliance frameworks. - Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Preferred certifications: CDMP, DAMA DMBOK. You will be a key player in driving the success of our Master Data Management function and contributing to the overall data quality and governance initiatives.,
