Job Description

As a Mass Account Manager at Walmart Cross Border Trade (CBT), your role will involve overseeing a portfolio of small to medium-sized cross-border e-commerce sellers. Your primary responsibilities will include driving performance, seller engagement, CBT program adoption, mass communication, performance marketing campaigns, channel marketing, and growth across a large volume of accounts through scalable strategies and automation. To excel in this role, you should possess strong program management skills, data analytical skills, a customer-first mindset, stakeholder management abilities, and experience in managing mass program management of sellers through various avenues. Key Responsibilities: - Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a large volume of cross-border e-commerce seller accounts to enhance GMV, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. - Seller Enablement & Performance Optimization: Identify underperforming accounts and implement scalable strategies (e.g., automated emails, webinars) to improve seller performance. - Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze seller behavior, sales performance, and market trends to provide data-backed recommendations and optimize seller performance. - Onboarding & Education: Assist in the seamless onboarding of new sellers by providing training, educational resources, and best practices on the platform. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, KAM, marketing, product, logistics, and seller service teams to eliminate operational obstacles and enhance the seller experience. - Program Management: Develop and refine programs and self-service solutions to efficiently support thousands of sellers. - Seller NPS: Collect seller feedback to guide product development, feature enhancements, and policy changes. - Seller Adoption: Devise a plan for mass outreach to a larger lead pool and drive adoption of the Cross Border program. Basic Requirements: - MBA from a tier 1 institute in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, or Operations. - 3+ years of experience in program management, account management, seller success, or business development, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace. - Experience managing high-volume account portfolios, particularly in a scalable/automated model. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in additional languages is advantageous). - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and cross-functional environment. Preferred Requirements: - Familiarity with cross-border logistics, customs, and international e-commerce. - Program management experience with a strong willingness to learn new concepts. - Strong independent work ethic, critical thinking, and logical reasoning skills. - Experience in influencing and organizing others, whether through direct management or project leadership. - Proficiency in data analysis.,
