Walmart offers Indian manufacturers, brands, and other potential online sellers an opportunity to expand their business internationally as cross-border sellers on Walmart Marketplace (Cross Border Trade), where they could reach a growing market of more than 120 million U.S. consumers each month. This is part of Walmart's efforts to expand its sourcing from India to $10 billion a year by 2027. Job Summary: Join Walmart Cross Border Trade (CBT) as a Mass Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of small to medium-sized cross-border e-commerce sellers. This role involves driving performance, seller engagement, CBT program adoption, mass communication, performance marketing campaigns, channel marketing, and growth across a large volume of accounts through scalable strategies and automation. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management skills, data analytical skills, a customer-first mindset, stakeholder management, and experience in managing mass program management of sellers via all possible avenues. Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a large volume of cross-border e-commerce seller accounts to drive GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Seller Enablement & Performance Optimization: Identify underperforming accounts and deploy scalable strategies (e.g. automated emails, webinars) to boost seller performance. Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze seller behavior, sales performance, and market trends to make data-backed recommendations and optimize seller performance. Onboarding & Education: Support the seamless onboarding of new sellers by facilitating training, educational resources, and platform best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, KAM, marketing, product, logistics, and seller service teams to remove operational roadblocks and enhance seller experience. Program Management: Create and iterate on programs and self-service solutions that can support thousands of sellers efficiently. Seller NPS: Gather seller insights and feedback to help inform product development, feature improvements, and policy changes. Seller Adoption: Create a plan to do mass reach out to a larger lead pool and drive adoption of the Cross Border program. Basic Requirements: - MBA from a tier 1 institute in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Operations. - 3+ years of experience in program management, account management, seller success, or business development, preferably in e-commerce, marketplace. - Experience managing high-volume account portfolios, ideally in a scalable/automated model. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and cross-functional environment. Preferred Requirements: - Familiarity with cross-border logistics, customs, and international e-commerce is a strong plus. - Program management experience - Strong willingness to learn new things preferred. - Strong ability to work independently and think critically and logically. - Experience influencing and organizing others, whether in a direct management capacity or through experience managing projects. - Strong in data analysis.,
