Job Summary:

The Mason Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with masons. This role focuses on driving product awareness, loyalty, and usage by engaging with masons through regular interactions, training programs, loyalty initiatives, and on-site support. The goal is to enhance brand preference and drive sales growth through an effective mason engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:1. Mason Engagement & Relationship Building

• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual masons, foremen, and small contractors.
• Identify key masons in the assigned territory and regularly interact with them to understand their needs and preferences.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the mason team.

2. Training & Product Awareness

• Organize and conduct product knowledge sessions and skill enhancement meetings for masons.
• Promote best practices in construction techniques and product usage.
• Address technical queries or concerns raised by masons.

3. Field Visits & On-Site Support

• Visit construction sites to provide on-ground product support and collect feedback.
• Observe product application and recommend improvements or alternatives as necessary.

4. Sales Support & Market Intelligence

• Support local sales teams by acting as a brand ambassador at grassroots levels.
• Gather and relay insights on competitor activities, mason sentiment, and market trends.
• Help convert mason preference into brand advocacy and sales volume.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of mason interactions, events conducted, enrollments, and feedback.
• Prepare regular reports on mason engagement KPIs and share them with the relevant teams.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred); Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus.
• Experience: 1-2 years, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of construction practices and materials.
• Ability to conduct group training sessions and field visits.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and reporting systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
