Maruti New Car Sales Consultant

As a Sales Executive for the company, your primary role will involve lead generation, referrals, and offering test drives to customers in the nearby Kollam, Chavara area. It will be your responsibility to monitor sales performance and ensure growth in the designated area. Additionally, you will need to regularly review the performance of team members and provide necessary training to enhance their skills. Organizing sales promotional activities with the team members will also be a key part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Focus on sales of cars, accessories, exchange, finance, insurance, and loyalty card services - Ensure timely delivery and service post-sales - Understand customers" finance requirements and guide them on options and documentation - Keep customers informed about their car-related needs Qualifications Required: - Background in sales within the auto, retail, hospitality, aviation, or similar industries - At least 1 year of experience in car sales - Valid driving license This full-time position offers health insurance and Provident Fund benefits.
