As a MarTech Lead at EY GDS, your role will be crucial in shaping and executing the digital marketing strategy by leveraging technology, creativity, and data to engage with our audiences effectively. You will play a key role in driving the performance-driven marketing initiatives and ensuring personalized messaging that aligns with EY's global standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - **MarTech Strategy & Stack Management:** - Own and manage the overall MarTech architecture including CRM, automation, analytics, and campaign management platforms. - Evaluate and integrate tools for content personalization, audience segmentation, and performance measurement. - Collaborate with IT and global marketing teams to ensure compliance and security. - Identify opportunities for workflow automation and data-driven decision-making. - **Channel & Campaign Management:** - Lead the execution and optimization of multi-channel campaigns across various digital platforms. - Develop campaign workflows, tagging systems, and audience segmentation models for precise targeting. - Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand strategy. - Monitor campaign performance and guide improvements in engagement and conversion rates. - **Data, Analytics & Insights:** - Define KPIs and dashboards to measure campaign and channel performance. - Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. - Establish measurement frameworks aligned with organizational goals. - Collaborate with data analysts to consolidate reporting and share best practices. - **Governance & Optimization:** - Establish standardized campaign processes and templates for consistency and scalability. - Manage data hygiene and taxonomy for accurate reporting. - Advocate for data-driven decision-making in campaign planning and execution. - **Collaboration & Leadership:** - Partner with regional and global teams to align technology roadmaps and performance frameworks. - Mentor junior team members and enhance MarTech capabilities within the function. **Qualifications:** To qualify for this role, you must have: - 8-12 years of experience in MarTech, digital marketing, or performance marketing leadership. - Hands-on experience with marketing automation and analytics tools such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc. - Proficiency in campaign orchestration across multiple digital channels. - Strong understanding of data management, tagging, and tracking frameworks. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA preferred).
