Locations-Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Indore/Ahmedabad

Roles and responsibilities -

Build out of new SendGrid subaccounts to migrate email comms sending activity from legacy SendGrid accounts and setups (fulfilment, account activation, MFA, Pinnacle)

Configuration of Twilio & SendGrid send & interaction (CED) data feed to data warehouse

Onboard new domains & IP addresses onto Validity platform, and work with Validity team to ensure high email deliverability for our email communications

Issue resolution & misc BAU uplifts & changes for fulfilment & MFA comms across Twilio, SendGrid and Responsys
