MarTech Developer Role is to design, implement, and optimize marketing automation and analytics solutions, ensuring a seamless and efficient marketing technology ecosystem. The individual will collaborate with teams to create engaging communication templates, enhance user experiences, and facilitate campaign implementation through robust technical integration and support. Key Accountabilities Adobe Campaign Management: Implement and manage Adobe Campaign for effective marketing automation and campaign execution. Template Design and Development: Create, enhance, and maintain templates for emails, push notifications, and other marketing assets using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Communication Design: Ensure the visual and functional integrity of communication assets, aligning them with brand standards and user engagement goals. Campaign Integration: Collaborate with teams to implement event tracking, payload validation, and API testing using tools like Postman. User Journey and UX Optimization: Support the alignment of marketing materials with user journeys and overall user experience strategies. Technical Support: Provide ad-hoc support for marketing technology tools and troubleshoot issues in coordination with cross-functional teams. Skills Required for the role Technical Skills: 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign for marketing automation. Proficiency in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for template creation. Technical knowledge of event tracking, payload validation, and API testing using tools like Postman. Design and UX Skills: Ability to design communication assets such as mailers and push notifications. Strong understanding of user journey mapping and user experience principles. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Attention to detail in handling data and ensuring accurate analytics integration. Collaborative Skills: Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams. Adaptability to align deliverables with business needs and strategic goals. Educational and Experience Requirements Bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, Marketing Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience 2+ years of experience with Adobe Campaign and marketing technology tools. 1+ years of experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Knowledge of communication design and channels Proficiency in Martech software and tools. Understanding of user journey and experience.
