Role & responsibilities

Adobe Campaign Management:

• Implement and manage Adobe Campaign for effective marketing automation and campaign execution.

Template Design and Development:

• Create, enhance, and maintain templates for emails, push notifications, and other marketing assets using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Communication Design:

• Ensure the visual and functional integrity of communication assets, aligning them with brand standards and user engagement goals.

Campaign Integration:

• Collaborate with teams to implement event tracking, payload validation, and API testing using tools like Postman.

User Journey and UX Optimization:

• Support the alignment of marketing materials with user journeys and overall user experience strategies.

Technical Support:

• Provide ad-hoc support for marketing technology tools and troubleshoot issues in coordination with cross-functional teams.

Skills Required for the role

• Proficiency in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for template creation.
• Technical knowledge of event tracking, payload validation, and API testing using tools like Postman.

Design and UX Skills:

• Ability to design communication assets such as mailers and push notifications.
• Strong understanding of user journey mapping and user experience principles.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
• Capability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Attention to detail in handling data and ensuring accurate analytics integration.

Collaborative Skills:

• Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience
• 2+ years of experience with Adobe Campaign and marketing technology tools.
• 1+ years of experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of communication design and channels
• Proficiency in Martech software and tools.
• Understanding of user journey and experience.
