Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a MarTech & CRM Growth Manager. The MarTech & CRM Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic MarTech stacks, analyzing and interpreting customer data, and driving customer acquisition, up-selling, and retention efforts. Daily tasks include project management, handling communication strategies, refining market segmentation, and coordinating with sales teams. The role also involves monitoring and auditing MarTech tools and processes to ensure a unified data-driven approach.
