In this role, you will be part of the Markets Operations Business Intelligence & Process Re-Engineering Team, which focuses on optimizing processes and driving transformational change within Operations. The team collaborates closely with Operations teams to design and implement Target Operating Models, with a specific focus on automation using Low-Code Solutions and Core Technology platforms. Your mission will be to deliver cutting-edge solutions that empower Operations professionals to provide exceptional client service, robust risk management, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of low-code developers/process engineers, overseeing their daily activities and professional development. - Utilize expertise in low-code applications to analyze complex business challenges, evaluate existing processes, and recommend innovative solutions in line with industry best practices. - Drive the implementation of transformation projects using low-code platforms such as Appian and other Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) tools. - Collaborate closely with Markets Technology to ensure adherence to governance, risk, and control frameworks, following firm policies for development outside of Technology. - Cultivate strong relationships with Market Operations teams at all levels to design and deliver optimal solutions. - Manage all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from analysis and design to testing, implementation, and post-production support. - Perform thorough code reviews and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet requirements and are optimized for performance and maintainability. - Proactively identify and pursue automation opportunities within Market Operations. **Qualifications/Must-Have Skills:** - 10+ years of relevant experience, including 4-7+ years of proven experience in managing and leading development teams. - Demonstrated success as a Program or Portfolio Manager, Department Head, or similar role, overseeing large-scale, strategic, cross-functional projects. - 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Low-Code Automation Platforms (e.g., Appian, Xceptor). - Proficiency in designing and developing database models and objects to support BPM applications. - Track record of identifying and implementing automation solutions that deliver tangible business benefits. - Strong collaboration and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders across different organizational levels and functions. - Leadership abilities, including prioritization, clear communication, and influencing cross-functional teams. - Background in program/project management, consulting, technology, or management. - CAPM, PMP, PgMP, and/or MBA are a plus.
