Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Strategy Management:
Develop and execute the strategy for all marketplace channels in Germany (Amazon.de, eBay, Otto, Kaufland, Zalando, etc.).
Onboard and manage relationships with marketplaces to drive operational excellence.
Identify and evaluate new marketplace opportunities.
Sales Performance Optimization:
Monitor and improve sales performance and conversion rates across platforms.
Analyze product performance and implement pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies to optimize sales.
Ensure that products are optimized for SEO and customer engagement.
Product Listings Content:
Oversee the creation of accurate and compelling product listings with rich content, images, and descriptions.
Collaborate with content and creative teams for localization and brand consistency.
Operational Excellence:
Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory levels across platforms to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
Ensure all marketplace SLAs and compliance standards are met.
Analytics & Reporting:
Provide weekly/monthly reports on marketplace KPIs, sales, and ROI.
Utilize tools and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to align marketplace initiatives with broader business goals.
